Junior consultant Innovation

As a Social Innovation Consultant at Ignite Group, you are the vital link between HR projects and the necessary project funding. You will engage with the management and HR teams of clients to discuss their innovation plans. Social innovation is a dynamic process, and your involvement with these customers will continue before, during, and after the project, allowing you to build sustainable relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will begin with an onboarding program designed to help you quickly acclimate to the organization. Guided by an experienced colleague, you will visit customers engaged in innovative projects. Once you have gathered all the necessary information, you will start crafting clear and compelling subsidy applications. Translating abstract ideas into concrete proposals is a challenge you relish. And when your grant application is approved, it is time to celebrate, you have played a key role in your customers’ innovation journey!

In this role, we are looking for someone who enjoys diving into new and evolving (inter)national grant schemes and conditions, and who possesses strong administrative and financial skills. A week as a consultant is highly varied, with projects spanning a wide range of topics. Your focus will be on themes such as social innovation, the alignment of labor market and education, lifelong learning, and company schools.

• A HBO/WO diploma, preferably in HRM or business administration.
• A strong affinity for innovation and HR-related topics.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, with a good proficiency in English, complemented by above-average communication skills.
• Strong communication abilities and the capacity to work effectively within a team.
• Driven and ambitious, with the ability to manage time pressure effectively.

• A gross starting salary between €2,500 and €3,000 per month, depending on experience and potential, plus an attractive bonus scheme.
