Business Controller

Due to Ignite Group’s rapid growth both nationally and internationally, we need a finance hero like you! As a Business Controller, you will support our management team with high-quality information that enables them to measure and adjust business performance quickly and reliably. You will be, not only a source of knowledge, but also an inspiring force within the management team. In addition to forward-looking business analyses based on the most relevant KPIs, you will monitor the milestones that need to be achieved and make adjustments as necessary.

As a Business Controller, you will be part of our management team of Dutch business. As a proactive sparring partner for management with a goal-oriented and inspiring approach, you have the ability to transform complex financial data into concrete action plans. Your skills in analyzing, budgeting, and forecasting enable you to create and monitor accurate financial projections for various projects. You achieve this by being at the center of the company and maintaining close contact with the operational business.

Since we are an innovative company, we strive to utilize high-end systems as much as possible; therefore, knowledge of and proficiency in Power BI/Tableau and professional Excel skills are a must.

In this role, you will work closely with the Group CFO, contributing to the structuring of roles, processes, and financial data and analyses during the integration process of acquisitions. Your innovative mindset and analytical skills make you a valuable asset to the growth and development of our organization.

• WO work and thinking level (Business Economics/Finance & Investing/Controlling/Accountancy).
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent Excel and Power BI/Tableau skills.
• Socially adept and communicative.
• Able to work well both independently and in a team.
• Solution-oriented, flexible, and hands-on.

• A gross salary between €4,400 and €6,500 per month based on a full-time workweek, depending on experience and potential.
• 30 vacation days for a good work-life balance.

• Location: Office in Deventer, with flexible working options from our offices in Utrecht, Enschede, Nijmegen, Venlo, Maastricht, Breda, Amsterdam, and also from home.
