As an account manager, you focus on establishing connections with innovative companies so that the consultants can further develop your leads. You identify grant opportunities and build collaborations that stimulate the technology of tomorrow. Appointments are partly arranged for you, but you also take the initiative to fill your agenda weekly with meetings with potential customers.

Your workweek is an adventure in itself. One moment, you are discussing new ideas with a developer of packaging machines; the next, you are visiting a company that is constructing a fully sustainable and energy-neutral building. Later in the day, you coordinate possibilities with a consultant, draft a contract proposal, and call that interesting lead from your network to schedule an appointment.

• A gross salary between €3,500 and €5,000 per month, depending on experience and potential, plus an attractive bonus scheme.
