Junior Consultant Social Innovation

As a Social Innovation Consultant at Ignite Group, you serve as the crucial link between HR projects and the necessary project funding. You engage with management and/or HR teams of customers to discuss their innovation plans. Social innovation is a dynamic process, so you remain involved with these customers before, during, and after the project. This approach fosters sustainable relationships and ensures customer satisfaction.

You will begin with an onboarding program to quickly acclimate to the organization. An experienced colleague will guide you, and together you will visit customers who are focused on innovation. Once you have gathered all the necessary information, you will start crafting clear grant applications. Transforming abstract ideas into concrete proposals is a challenge you thrive on. And when your grant application gets approved, it is time to celebrate, you have played a pivotal role in advancing your customer’s innovation!

In this role, we are looking for someone who enjoys delving into new and evolving (inter)national grant schemes and regulations, while also possessing strong administrative and financial skills. A week as a consultant is highly varied, with projects spanning a wide range of topics. Your focus areas will include social innovation, bridging the gap between the labor market and education, lifelong learning, and company schools.

• HBO/WO diploma, preferably in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
• Strong interest in innovation and HR-related topics.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, sufficient proficiency in English, and above-average communication skills.
• Strong ability to collaborate and work well in a team.
• Motivated, ambitious, and capable of handling pressure effectively.

• A starting gross salary between €2,500 and €3,000 per month, depending on experience and potential, along with an attractive bonus scheme.
